1.2 - You must be the only person who has access to your user profile on the website

sudoku-evolution.com reserve the right to terminate the additional benefits granted to you for a given period if you do not comply with this condition.
1.3 - You must provide a valid email address and you must be the only person who has access to that email address.
1.4 - You must be able to use the online payment interface provided by PayPal
1.5 - You must be the owner of the account corresponding to the payment method used, or have the owner's authorization for each payment made.
2 - Definition of the service provided
2.1 - The service you pay for is dematerialized. It corresponds to the allocation of points which are stored in your user profile on the website
sudoku-evolution.com.
2.2 - These dematerialized points are called ''subscriber points''.
2.4 - Once consumed, by being attributed to your user profile, these points no longer have any monetary value.
2.5 - Additional benefits provided for a given duration are not considered part of what you pay, and therefore are not subject to any obligation.
3 - Case of ''gifted subscriptions''
3.1 - When you ''gift a subscription'' to another user of the website
sudoku-evolution.com then the corresponding points are awarded to you, while the benefits for a given duration are awarded to the user who ''receives your gift''.
3.2 - The website
sudoku-evolution.com has no obligation regarding the benefits provided for a given duration to the user who ''receives your gift''.
3.3 - In the particular case where you ''gift a subscription'' to another user of the website
sudoku-evolution.com and at that time you do not have an active subscription yourself, then the corresponding points are still stored in your user profile and are therefore consumed. These stored points will be added to your total if you later decide to activate a subscription for your user profile.
4.1 - The rates and discounts applied are those displayed on the page named ''Subscription'' at the time of your payment.
4.2 - These rates and discounts may change over time without the conditions of this document being changed.
4.3 - When rates and/or discounts change:
4.3.1 - The total number of subscriber points already assigned to your user profile does not change.
4.3.2 - The expiration date of the benefits assigned to you does not change.
4.3.3 - The expiration dates of the benefits you have ''gifted'' to other users do not change.
5.1 - Subscriber points are considered consumed as soon as your user profile is improved by the allocation of these points, or when these points are stored in your user profile.
5.1.1 - Other visitors to the website
sudoku-evolution.com can notably see that your profile has been improved by the allocation of subscriber points:
- by displaying your profile page and reading the title of your status.
- by seeing the icon displayed just in front of your pseudonym on various pages of the website (guestbook, discussion forum, etc.)
- by consulting the page named ''Member activity'' which announces on the corresponding date and time that you have subscribed or resubscribed (in the case of an extension).
5.1.2 - You can consult the total number of subscriber points stored in your user profile by connecting to the website
sudoku-evolution.com and displaying the page named ''Subscription''.
5.2 - Once the points you paid for have been used up, they can no longer be refunded.
5.3 - Refund of a payment is only possible if no subscriber points have been consumed. In the event, for example, that the site's program did not function correctly at the time of awarding your subscriber points.
5.4 - To request a refund, please send an email to the following address
contactsudoku-evolution.com giving your pseudonym, the date, time and reference of the payment debited.
5.5 - After verifying that no corresponding subscriber points have been assigned to you, the payment will be refunded to the account of the payment method you used, within a maximum of 30 days from the moment you reported that points have not been assigned to you.
